Success Academy at Knotts empowers through nurture, education, respect, and response to student needs. Students are motivated to reach their fullest potential through goal setting, character education, and problem-solving while becoming productive citizens of the world.

 

Mission Statement of Success Academy at Knotts

Success Academy at Knotts is a K-6 school campus whose focus is on providing a safe, non-traditional approach to learning. Our campus mission is to cultivate a student-centered community of lifelong learners through our holistic turnaround philosophy. The students at Success Academy will grow academically, socially, and psychologically to become productive learners in a global society. The staff at Knotts will ensure all students receive high levels of education and take personal responsibility for student achievement.

Trauma Sensitive Schools is a school-wide program that supports socio-emotional wellness and promotes healthy relationships.  All systems make students/staff feel confident that they can learn, teach, and feel safe in school.  All procedures, policies, and programs promote resilience, and model self-regulation to promote Trauma Sensitive School culture.

School Hours:
9:15 a.m. - 4:15 p.m.

Grades:
K-6

Uniforms:
Solid white or navy blue short or long-sleeved shirt (must have a collar or turtleneck). Tan (khaki) or navy blue pants, skirt, jumper, or shorts. No denim is allowed.
